Before starting coaching, I was stuck. I knew I wanted to quit my job and go independent, but I kept finding reasons not to. It was always “not the right time” or “I’ll think about it later.” Deep down, I needed a push, a reason to stop taking the easy way out and finally make the decisions I had been putting off.

What I appreciated most during the sessions was Carles’ calm and grounded way of guiding the process. He didn’t push solutions onto me. Instead, he helped me slow down, reflect and really look at what was going on behind my hesitation. His approach created a space where I could see things I hadn’t wanted to look at before and, from there, I could start connecting the dots.

Sometimes we came back to the same points more than once, turning in circles, but that repetition actually helped me go deeper and unlock things I hadn’t fully processed.

By the end of our time together, I had made the decision to go for it. I got my professional number, started reconnecting with my network and reopened conversations I had put on hold.

I haven’t signed the final contract yet, but I’m in motion. I’m still figuring things out but I’m no longer stuck. I’m taking action and I know I wouldn’t be here without those conversations.
